  Kayla stood up after refilling her water bottle, emptied after her wanderings through some mountain passes and the span of trees. Back at the camp was her sister and a couple of their ballators, but Kayla decided she wanted to go adventuring alone today. brushing stray hairs from her face, she came face to face with the seemingly mythical Golden Ram. "Easy" she said with her hand out in front of her, all of the air leaving her lungs from her surprise. Of course she would run into the wild ballator when she had nothing on her except a couple apples, granola bars and a long length of para-cord in her backpack. "I won't cross the river, I know that's your space" Kayla said to him soothingly. "I've heard that you've had some encounters with other people, you didn't like them in your territory huh" she murmured softly, seeing the anger in his eyes, the need to protect his land from anyone who dared to cross him. "If you come back with me, you can have as much territory as you want, all to yourself. Maybe even a couple mares for ya" Kayla said, lowering her arm with a hip cocked out. "Aren't you lonely out here, all by yourself? Come back with me, and you will ask for nothing, and will always be pleased" she murmured, gesturing softly to her side of the river, over the border of the Golden Ram's land.
